接我司总部通知，从2012年11月1日起，对Silk / Lion / Dragon / Tiger/ Condor/
Swan航线下出口至North Continent (including UK), Scandinavia, Baltic, West
Mediterranean, Adriatic, East Mediterranean, Black Sea各港口的货物征收General
Rate Increase (GRI).
具体费用为：
General Rate Increase (GRI): USD 500 per TEU
General Rate Increase (GRI) to Syria: EUR400 per TEU
具体执行航次/时间将以标准船期为准（长江流域货物以实际上驳船日为准）
